About the Venues database
This accessible venues guide has been a number of years in preparation, but is now on-line for your use.
Originally funded by North West Arts Board, staff from The Team and North West Disability Arts Forum, prepared questionnaires which went to many north west venues. Only about 50 responses were received and these were passed on to Full Circle Arts who used that information to produce the current searchable database.
Buildings can be upgraded, so before setting out on a journey, contact the venue for the latest information - then e-mail us using the 'Contact Us' form on this site and we will update the database for everyone’s benefit.
New venues will now be added to the list on a regular basis and we invite you to check frequently for new places to visit - or even tell us which places you would like us to add to the list.
If you can't find the information you require ring the venue and ask for details which are important to YOU as the visitor.
