Castlefield Gallery - a gallery and resource for contemporary visual artists and their work. Founded by Manchester’s Artists Studio Association (MASA) in 1984, the gallery is one of the UK’s artist-led success stories

Action Factory - a community arts organisation based in Blackburn, working on projects in Blackburn with Darwen, Lancashire and the Greater Manchester area. We aim to increase access to the arts for individuals and groups who do not usually take part in arts activity.

Cell - Cell was founded in 2000 by artists milika muritu and richard priestley as a studio provision for visual artists, with the inaugural show in the ‘project space’ in January 2001, in a huge Victorian building, originally built as a lunatic asylum.

Cornerhouse - Cornerhouse is Manchester's international centre for contemporary visual arts and film.

Redeye - Redeye is the North West England Photography Network. It aims to make life easier for photographers and photography in the region and beyond, by providing information, opportunities, events, training and professional development. It is a voluntary sector non profit company. Anyone can become a subscriber free of charge.
